Sending a request and getting trip options is free. If a trip includes a planning fee, we tell you the amount up front, before you book anything.
How fast will I hear back?
We aim to reply by email with options within one business day, and often much sooner. Complex trips like multi-city Europe or large groups can take a little longer.
Who actually makes the booking?
Bookings are made through our host agency partner, with the hotel, cruise line or airline. You get the confirmations in your own name.
Do I have to pay anything to get options?
No. You only pay when you choose a trip and confirm it.
